Poms are an independent family-run business founded by James Pomlett, in 2015.

They proudly serve fresh produce from local Staffordshire suppliers and they love to celebrate the wonderful City of Lichfield. Their suppliers are very important to them and many are family-run businesses just like Poms. Their meat is sourced from Russell’s Butchers of Shenstone, their fruit & vegetables are supplied from Fresh View (who use many farms from around Staffordshire), their fresh fish arrives daily from Birmingham Market, their bread is from Silver Tree Bakery in Sutton Coldfield and they source beer from Purity and wines from Perkins Wines.

Their menus change seasonally and they are always looking for new ideas to make brunch even more exciting. They love being an independent business that can quickly adapt and change our menus – it is the exciting part of what they do!
