Owner Dom and wife Tori took over the famous Lichfield Health & Fitness Club name in 2020 after finding the perfect new location to open Lichfield’s largest gym! 

Their vision to create luxury fitness came to life in December 2021 when they opened the doors to their brand new training facility. With 20 years of experience between them, they have created a state of the art gym for the Lichfield community alongside their diverse and experienced team. 

The gym comprises brand new, top of the range and exclusive equipment from brands such as Life Fitness and Nautilus, and also prides itself as an Official Hammerstrength Training Centre! With 4 dedicated studios and over 80 classes a week ranging from spin, boxing, yoga, HIIT, group training and many more, plus a Ladies Only Studio! 

They are proud brand name partners with Myzone and Box12 and are the only Hyrox affiliated gym in the city and last but not least home to Gracie Barra Lichfield (Brazilian JiuJitsu Academy).
