About Leacroft cottages

Leacroft cottages is a family-run business that includes three luxury holiday cottages that are available for short term rental in the Staffordshire countryside. Based just 15 minutes from the city of Lichfield between the villages of Yoxall and Hoar Cross, you’ll find our properties named Saddleback, Swallow & Tawny cottage.

Converted from old farm buildings, with under-floor heating and spacious open plan living, Leacroft cottages are a perfect place to relax in the countryside with family and friends. You’ll find the properties on Airbnb, VRBO & English Country Cottages and notice that all boast fantastic 5 star reviews and that the host Claire is considered a ‘superhost’.

The Cottages:

Saddleback Cottage- Sleeps 4:

Is a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage on one floor with a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. With underfloor heating and high-quality finishes and furnishing, you’ll find yourself very comfortable in this lovely home away from home. It has beautiful countryside views and a private garden overlooking open fields. This cottage is pet friendly!

Tawny Cottage- Sleeps 6:

Enjoy relaxing in this 3-bedroom cottage that has 2  bathrooms and 1 WC across three levels. Tawny cottage has a stunning free-standing bath on the top floor in the master bedroom en-suite. It has a large open plan Kitchen, living, dining space that has plenty of room for all guests to relax in. This cottage has gorgeous countryside views out onto your own private garden space. This cottage doesn’t permit pets.

Swallow Cottage- Sleeps 6:

This is the biggest property at Leacroft, with 3 large bedrooms, 3 en-suites and 1 WC across two floors. Two of the bedrooms could be considered ‘masters’ with their spacious feel and stunning bathrooms, one of which has a freestanding bath. This luxury cottage has a large open-plan kitchen with an island and spacious living and dining space that are all connected. As the other properties, Swallow cottage has high quality finishes, underfloor heating and your own probate garden with countryside views. This cottage is pet friendly!
